1. Eligibility for Returns
✅ Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
✅ Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

2️⃣ Approval & Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship the product.
3️⃣ Quality Check: The product will go through an inspection after we receive it.
4️⃣ Refund/Exchange Processing: If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
✅ Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (after bank details are provided).
✅ Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchange Policy
✅ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
✅ Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
✅ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
✅ Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you can request a return after delivery.
